Experience for millions. International conference “Structure. Influence. Growth” ended its work. The most relevant issues of strategy and tactics of the church in the modern era were discussed during these four days. The program of the conference was interesting and rich. Pastors from different countries of the world such as Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Germany and Belarus spoke before the participants. They shared their experience and their views on the problems of development and structure of the church with the people.  |

“Jesus, how wonderful You are! We want to meet with You, we long to hear Your voice. You are the One we love, whom we give our lives.” The morning in the Sport Manege started on this high note. The conference is at its peak, and it is with grateful hearts that the participants expect a new encounter with their wonderful Lord, who still makes everything new every day.

Diversity is a Key to Success.
The afternoon service of the second day of the conference was dedicated to experience exchange. Introducing a young Pastors from Russia, Pastor Alexey said, “Everything that is born of God overcomes the world. Therefore, it is great to see that the Word that is heard during this week is not meant just for spiritual children, but for mature ministers that took on a responsibility to fulfill God's revelations.”

The church is changing with the world. Today, November 20, the International Christian Conference “Structure. Influence. Growth” begun it's work in the Riga Sport Manege. Riga is still decorated with lights from the big celebration that commemorated the 90th Anniversary of the Latvian State. But it did not diminish the high level of effectiveness of the conference, where a few hundred Christians from all over the Republic and from abroad participated.
